BLOOD TESTS – LOW COST

The following blood tests are not given on site.  Instead, purchase coupons at the booth.  A list of labs is provided where you may schedule a time at your convenience (by 12/31/08) to have your blood drawn.  Fasting is usually required.
Test results are mailed and there are no further charges.
