No one closely involved can deny that our health care system is broken.  Things need to change.  But how?  The Michigan State Medical Society recently asked 67 stakeholders in Michigan health care, “Where should health care be in five years?”  These stakeholders represented some of the best minds in business, labor, government, consumer groups, hospitals, nursing, insurers, health plans, long-term care and law. It was clear that everyone felt now was the time to change direction and that physicians could help lead the way.

How is MSMS moving forward?  What is the plan?  Who is involved?  How does it affect you and how can you become involved?  The September forum will look at the “future of medicine” – it may well be what we make it.  Don’t miss it!
